Abstract :

By analyzing the actual security processes and security tasks, it can be concluded that large insurance and healthcare organizations face challenges in their daily work due to the amount of data and the level of cyber threat. Security automation can be described as a modern technology solution that is based on the use of artificial intelligence to enhance measures of security available in an organization. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to consider employing AI in the automation of the security process in these industries, the benefits and drawbacks associated with its use, and the suggested method to adopt AI. Among the AI techniques presented, machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing describe the procedure of detecting and combating various types of cyber threats. The paper also provides only quite mundane examples from the insurance industry and the sphere of healthcare, containing successful Security AI solutions. The real-life examples provided illustrate how AI helps reduce threats in risk management and lower response time and expenses. Also, the concerns of this paper discuss the operational challenges in security automation that incorporates AI-based technologies; threats and drawbacks are also discussed, such as violations of users’ privacy, constant model updating, and the high likelihood of false negative and false positive results. This paper also seeks to look forward and shows that with these industries at stake, AI is the revolutionary future for security strategies. Thus, the study declares that it is possible to enhance the level of security against cyber threats within insurance and healthcare organizations by constant utilization of AI solutions aimed at the automation of security tasks, which in turn would help to strengthen the protection of critical data and the functioning of cyber security departments strategically.
